Inger-Mette is both founder and galvanizing force behind ground-breaking deep ecology projects in Scandinavia bringing together specialists in business, the arts, science and education from around the globe. Dedicated to positive interaction with the natural environment and cultural preservation, her work has included: Augural Youth conference at the Library of Alexandria, Egypt, co-founding 360hub Global ( 2001) co-founding of World Climate School (2020). As part of the Nordic Scene, and the Nordic Think Academy, she is on the board of Norwegian Climate Network, Klimatfestival §112, and Project Manager for different youth projects funded by Erasmus+, Europe.

Inger-Mette Stenseth is a trained facilitator in System Thinking and brings forward creativity as a meta-skill in bringing forward transformative and systemic change. Based on her fashion enterprise in Norway, circular economy and sustainable fashion is her strategic profile.

Stenseth lives in the city of Molde, Norway – in the northwestern part of Norway – and facilitates online globally.

A digital strategist, film producer, and CEO of StardustBlue Media, Karen brings over 30 years of diverse experience in a vast array of marketing/media enterprises, from coordinating brand campaigns to World Climate School US. Her all-encompassing influencer strategies capitalize on her foundational expertise in producing film, digital media, and related media vehicles for clients.

In 2010, Karen produced an award winning documentary, with Kevin Breslin directing. “#whilewatch” is the critically acclaimed story of the Occupy Wall Street media team, which premiered in New York at The Paley Center for Media.

With influencers extraordinary support, her collaborative successful 2022 campaign for California Prop28 helped bring nearly 7 million California voters to the polls to overwhelmingly approve Proposition 28: The Arts and Music in Schools — Funding Guarantee and Accountability Act. The campaign teamed with iconic actor Sean Astin, SAG-AFTRA, The State of California, Fender, and others. Brown, a member of SAG-AFTRA since 1984, Karen now sits on the both The SAG-AFTRA GAPP (Government Affairs & Public Policy) and Film Society Committees.

Agustin is a biotechnology researcher and sustainability professional with a passion for protecting our planet's natural resources. With over 5 years of experience in the field, Agustin has worked on a variety of sustainability projects around the world and is dedicated to inspiring and empowering the next generation of environmental leaders.

As the Chairman of the Global Youth Coalition, Agustin has helped to shape and lead the organization's mission to create a sustainable future for all. He has also published a book with UNICEF and has conducted research in bioinformatics with a published paper to his name.

With his expertise and dedication, he is committed to helping youth leaders around the world make a positive impact in their communities and in the fight against climate change.


William Mazza

Director of Creative Methodology

Bill holds multiple positions as a Professor of Creativity, Creative Director, and Art Director, with a vast and diverse background in unconventional creative marketing, advertising, art direction, design, lifestyle, and corporate event planning for renowned international companies. He's had the honor of collaborating with distinguished organizations like the Salvatore Ferragamo company in Florence, where I led a team of 27 talented individuals as their Art Director, responsible for creating below-the-line advertising materials. Additionally, he has served as the Creative Director for international brands such as The Marchese di Frescobaldi wines, Donnafugata wines, Mazzei wines, and various other prestigious clients.

Currently, Bill's professional pursuits revolve around providing comprehensive creative direction, art direction, and design services to discerning companies and accomplished professionals. He takes pride in his role as a Creative Methodologist and Professor of Critical Thinking and Creative Thinking at Lasell University, where Bill imparts valuable knowledge and fosters intellectual growth among his students. Ed Lantz, MSEE is an engineer, entrepreneur and producer with 30 years’ experience in immersive dome venue and experience design. He specializes in immersive experiences with positive social impact. Ed chairs the boards of c3: Center for Conscious Creativity and Dome Fest West, North America’s premier dome film festival, and is Head of Immersive Experiences for the Social Impact Entertainment Society. He is a past Board Delegate for the Producers Guild of America’s New Media Council and Chair Emeritus of LA ACM SIGGRAPH.

Peggy Lane is the Creator, Executive Producer and Series Director of Donna On The Go which was submitted for 8 Emmy nominations in 2018. She was submitted for Outstanding Writing and Direction in a Comedy Series. The show itself was submitted for Outstanding Short Form Series Comedy or Drama.


Susan Michelson

Music Supervisor

Susan Michelson is presently Director of Operations at Confidential Records, and Founder/Director Dick Wagner Remember the Child Fund. Her deep care for youth in creative endeavors is clear by her life's work.

Susan has teamed with icons Michael Jackson, Dick Wagner, Alice Cooper, Janet Jackson, Bobby Taylor, Jack Douglas, Ali McManus, Steven Tyler, Suzi Quatro, Artie Kornfeld, and Detroit Youth Choir. She was an American Idol preliminary judge from (9 years), major record labels, innumerable top world session players and recording projects.

Susan is an award-winning writer and editor, as well as, brand specialist in international marketing, distribution, merchandising, and manufacturing. She is an entrepreneur and founder of successful start-ups -- from a raw concept to distribution in more than 50 countries worldwide. Susan is fluent in English, French, Spanish, and modest Italian. Her journey in artist management, development, as a video & music producer, concert & event promoter, musician, mentor & coach to aspiring singers.

Kate McCallum, MA Consciousness Studies, is a social impact arts, entertainment and media entrepreneur, an award-winning producer, writer, keynote speaker, author, content strategist, and artist. She strives to inspire “World Changers” to leverage storytelling, the arts, media technology, and engagement to do more of their mission work more powerfully, while also being more inclusive. As a creative, passionate about social impact and well-being, Kate has been creating positive change for over two and half decades with organizations like The Millennium Project futurist group, the

Producers Guild of America, the UN, and she has produced and supported 100’s of events and projects through the c3: Center for Conscious Creativity, a 501c3 founded in 2004 whose goal is to “Create a better future through arts, media and storytelling.” Her mission is to support creatives, projects, and causes that help evolve a more inclusive humanity and healthier world.

Juliet M. Oberding

With years of experience in AI and blockchain initiatives, she has become a driving force in the movement for sustainable development and environmental stewardship.

Currently serving as CEO at Lexy Lab, Juliet focuses on crafting essential guardrails and providing training to foster successful AI-driven business innovation. Her dedication to ethical practices and sustainable solutions shines through in her work.

Juliet's journey into climate advocacy began during her tenure as a governance resident with the Stacks Open Internet Foundation, where she played a pivotal role in spearheading the development of robust community governance frameworks.

Drawing from her expertise in law and international policy, Juliet delved into the intersection of traditional indigenous governance practices and modern decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs). Her groundbreaking research highlighted the effectiveness of indigenous stewardship in the face of external pressures, shaping her vision of blockchain as a digital commons with inherent responsibilities for community governance.

Passionate about nurturing future generations of innovators, Juliet advocates for the ethical use of AI in healing and regenerating Earth's ecosystems. She envisions a future where technological advancements, much like those in medicine, contribute to environmental restoration and sustainability.

Currently serving on the Governance Consideration Advisory Board within the Stacks Governance community, Juliet continues to provide invaluable insights to founders working on projects spanning health, climate, AI, and Web3. Terje Norderhaug

Tech Innovation Advisor

Terje is a tireless innovator who is continuously creating the next application to solve the world's  biggest problems. His technical contributions and mentorship have spanned many fields including media, privacy, health, human rights, education and climate. He is a visionary who understands the implications of new technology and its impact across industries. He has served as a mentor and advisor for numerous university innovation programs, including UCSD. Terje has founded multiple technology startups. 

Terje has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Oslo, Norway. Terje and Inger-Mette formed a team at the University's first multimedia lab. They were commissioned by the HURIDOCS NGO to write a review of the human-rights implications of new media technology.

In 2011 during his post-graduate studies in AI, Terje initiated and organized San Diego AI, an ongoing community collective to collaboratively study AI and incubate startups. 

Terje has consistently contributed to development on open source projects. Most recently he was a core contributor to the Stacks Core blockchain development. He is an active member of the Technical Consideration Advisory Board. His work on creating educational  applications to teach new developers was awarded multiple grants by the Stacks Open Internet Foundation. 


Mia Martina Hanak

Executive Art Director

Mia has been working as an executive director for cause-related arts organizations over the past 22 years, including Millennium Art International and the Natural World Museum of Environmental Art. Mia has been designing art experiences in collaboration with the United Nations since 2005. She holds degrees in Art History and Cultural Anthropology from UC Santa Barbara and in Museum Management and Exhibition Design from Tufts University. Mia's lifelong passion for nature, biodiversity, arts, and culture supports Human Ecology's mission and vision.  


Sandra Schulman

Art Coordinator

Sandra Hale Schulman is an arts writer and film producer. Her documentary films have been featured in shows at MoMA PS1, Smithsonian Museum NYC and Washington DC, and The Grammy Museum She is the Indigenous A&E columnist for Indian Country Today and has co-curated shows and given talks at the Queens Museum, Bob Rauschenberg Gallery and is working as a consultant and author for Howl Happening Gallery and Archives in NYC. Her work has appeared in Artsy, Indian Country Today, PBS, Billboard, Variety, Rolling Stone, Ocean Drive, The New York Daily News, and Entertainment Weekly. She was an arts columnist for the South Florida Sun-Sentinel for 8 years and currently writes for Palm Beach Arts Paper, West Palm Beach Magazine, Indian Country Today. 


Eddie Brill

Comedy Climate Curriculum

For seventeen years, Eddie Brill served as the audience warm-up comic for The Late Show with David Letterman. For eleven of those years he was the Stand Up Comedy Talent Coordinator.

Eddie has taped more than 100 TV shows in six different countries, including ten appearances on The Late Show.

A 3-time MAC award winner for Outstanding Male Comic in NYC, he has hosted and performed for hundreds of corporate events including ESPN, Glaxo Welcome, Hyatt Hotels, and BMC Software.

Eddie has performed at The Shrine Auditorium and Radio City Music Hall. He has been the audience warm-up for many shows including the "Dana Carvey Show," "Madigan Men," "This is Your Life" and "Saved By The Bell.”

Eddie has appeared in numerous films as an actor, including "30 Years To Life" with Tracy Morgan. He has used his voice talents in many animated series including Comedy Central's "Dr Katz" and ABC's "Science Court.”

Eddie produces and books stand-up talent globally. He was the architect and the creative director of the wildly successful "Great American Comedy Festival", which honors Johnny Carson in his hometown of Norfolk, Nebraska, along with The Woodstock Comedy Festival in NY.

With Norman Lear in 1978, he helped create one of the first ever college comedy writing departments in the country at Emerson College in Boston. He also helped create the Emerson Comedy Workshop, founded in 1976 and continues to thrive today. He currently teaches a highly acclaimed stand-up comedy workshop worldwide that helps comics, young and old, take their comedy work to the next level.

Eddie performs and helps raise money for many benefits including The Roberto Clemente Foundation (for underprivileged children), Sisters in Survival (women with Breast cancer). Juvenile Diabetes, The American Cancer Association, and with Reader's Digest and St. Jude on Stand-Up for the Children.


Anna Farai

Sustainable Fashion Liaison US/Norway

Anna is Nordic project coordinator for the The French Upcycling Campaign, “Triathlon de la mode éthique” for the Olympic Games in Paris 2024, July 15th - August 15th. 

Working as a transformative leader in the sustainable fashion industry, Anna’s  multi-brand experience in addition to work for brands like Spain’s brand Lois, Danish lifestyle brand Ganni, and Anna Thomas in Melbourne. With both Zimbabwean and Norwegian roots, Anna Farai is a globetrotter living in Oslo. In recent years, she has traveled through Asia, and Australia. Anna is presently completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
